Nut plates and carriers made





Passenger channel was eaten up a bit more than the driver side





- Cut the side piece out bigger than you would think is necessary so I have better access to the channel itself











Driver side isn't so bad










I made the bottom of the driver side after figuring out what it should look like then I made the passenger side one.

ok well firewall #2 they bent this part the wrong way.. they did it right on #1..

it sucked but i got it folded back around and it came out nice..

hey raymond sorry i never called you back this evening. but we're good for tomorrow. just finishing up the inner panel now.

no pics at the moment but i got the main panel finished welded in today, stripped all of the inside of both parts that you won't ever see and por 15d in there...

also got two 5x.8 nuts and welded them inside the inner panel for the headlight dimmer/brights switch..

the front of the heater channel that i made had to be adjusted a little bit, once i got the inner panel in i noticed and got that straightened out..

no, i started making the tray but it wasn't working like i wanted. i'll do it when it comes back though.
